• Quiz Submissions: When you take our therapist matching quiz, we collect your answers and email address (via email gate modal)
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to track page views, bounce rates, and user behavior (anonymized)
• Cookies: Analytics and session cookies only - no tracking cookies

How We Use Your Data

• Quiz answers are sent to Brevo (email platform) for therapist recommendations and follow-up emails
• Email addresses are stored in Brevo with your consent to send educational content about therapy options
• Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and improve the site

Third-Party Services

• Brevo: Email service for quiz results and therapy recommendations
• Google Analytics 4: Anonymous traffic analysis
• Affiliate Links: Links to BetterHelp, Talkspace, Grow Therapy, and other platforms include tracking parameters
• Cloudflare Pages: Website hosting and security

Data Retention

Your email remains in our Brevo list until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails. We do not retain quiz data for longer than 12 months.
